Refund policy
As each personalised or custom product is made to order we cannot cancel, alter, re-do or refund orders once production has commenced. Please ensure you check your order before submitting. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your item, please notify me within 10 days to arrange a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement you must supply us with an image of your item to asses.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or late arrival of items.
In the case that your item is faulty or damaged, again we need to be notified within 10 days with photo proof for assessment on refund or exchange.
